VINIFICATION
Plot selection of our best plots of Sauvignon Blanc. Direct pressing, barreling and complete vinification in barrels (1/4 new barrels). Regular stirring and aging for 8 months in barrels. 12% alcohol.
TASTING
Aromas of orange blossom and citrus. light vanilla undertone. Persistent length in the mouth revealing a captivating sweetness on the palate.
GASTRONOMY
Scallops, lobster, veal stew.
